Henbit is super abundant this time of year and has gardeners pulling out their hair along with the weeds I know. But this single clump has white flowers, reminding me that it is small genetic variations that lead to the flowers we love and nurture today. An example of how gardening can provide insights and show us perspective even when performing the most tedious of chores. Maybe I'm making to much of such a simple weed but I felt it worth sharing.

I felt the same thing too when I saw things like this

also whenever I encounter uniqueness in other plants.
