This looks like an Aeonium, judging by the fine marginal hairs just barely visible in the photo. I would like to propose moving it to the generic Aeonium entry.

Member godzillafpv joined last December and uploaded the above photo and a photo of Sansevieria to the database but that has been their only activity on the site; hopefully they are still around and will respond.
