I have had this plant since April 2015, it has performed very well in my garden, and has become one of my favorites. I look forward to the opening blooms each year. The color of the blooms varies in my garden, but even the worst looking blooms on it are normally outstanding, and the best blooms are really beautiful.
Here are some photos from this past season.

This plant has shown good rust resistance, the blooms are held high above the foliage, and it puts on a great show and reblooms, so it provides blooms over a period of several months in my garden.
Edited to add: South Sea Enchantment normally provides several proliferations every year also.

Oops, I posted my review, and realized my plant is South Sea Serinade and do not see how to delete. South Sea Serinade, by the way, looks very similar to Enchantment, and a great plant too!

I received a nice triple fan from Oakhill Daylily Garden on May 11, 2017. I got my first bloom on June 17th. It is one of the prettiest pinks in the garden. I didn't get rebloom and it was a bit shorter than registered. It's in a pot and I hope it makes it through the winter. Diploids usually like me.

South Sea Enchantment is a wonderful plant. The blooms are about 6 inches and are a very nice shade of pink. It is a wonderful parent, as Mr. Bud Bennett used it for quite some time and introduced many of its offspring. I grow many of the offspring that Bud introduced use SSE and the color and ruffles are passed on. It is one that will remain in the garden for a long time, as I like the rolling ruffles and I am sucker for a good pink.

South Sea Enchantment was a single fan when I bought it in 2007. It was a slow increaser for me, but that color is a beautiful pink and the blooms were free of splotches in most cases. Branching is 2-way with about 9 buds and it blooms just above the foliage. I don't recall ever seeing rust on it.

It makes a nice bouquet, but last year I dug it for the club sale because I need some space.
