I just got some fresh rose seeds from a rose bush, do you think it is a good idea to sow them now? or should I stratify them? and if I should stratify them, which is the best option?

tempereature here is getting warmer already, with the occasional shower (but not frost)

not sure if it helps but the rose I got the seeds from was quite long (more than a story high)

Thanks for the suggestions, put them in wet paper towel in the fridge, will see what happens in a month or two :)
