Sorry but the shape of the leaves/ the flowers etc are very very different in Euphorbia heterophylla var cyathophora

Compare the flowers to Euphorbia pulcherrima.
Note that the bright petals of Poinsettias, which look like flowers, are actually the bunch of upper leaves of the plant, called bracts. The actual flowers show a structure that looks like yellow lips.

I've never seen Wild Poinsettia more than 3 feet in height whereas E. pulcherrima can attain heights to 12 feet. Looking more closely at the leaf shape in PlantTanzania's photos; it does look more like the Wild Poinsettia! https://keyserver.lucidcentral...
