Looks like Biwa (Loquat in English).

My Loquats make quite different looking seeds. Are there other varieties in Japan?

DD#1 agrees with you, its not Biwa. She recognizes the seed and remembers a tree with big flat leaves. Maybe it will pop into her head. Smiling
