Welcome to the forum! I think I know. The seeds pods look exactly like those of "Hesperes" or "Dame Rocket", both the same plant. I love them. Biennials. They self-seed however, so there always are plants. They look very similar to Phlox but have the strong aroma of Lilac. Love them. They range in colour from white, mauve, pink, purple, etc. Great bouquet if cut young before the flowers have opened. You can vollect those seeds, and start them inside now. Otherwise, sprinkle the seeds wherever you would like to have them grow. Beautiful plant! Cheers! |

But they are all over the lawn, and I have applied weed and feed many times last fall. I would really like to get rid of them because I have never accomplished a complete green grass lawn. I really want this infestation out. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it as the fall weed and feed did not? |

Hi, It looks like this weed, I can't suggest any control recommendations but you should be able to find that info online. A couple of links to start. ![]() http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ep511 https://extension.umd.edu/hgic... Find & share great deals on gardening items on the NGA Garden Deals Forum!
