Hello, I have a beutiful snapdragon already blooming, next to it a little seed from last year must have taken and is now growing in the flower pot next to the one blooming. This little one has no blooms yet, but it has dark coloration on the back of its leaves, goes from dark red to brown... the leaves don't look wilted though.... is this a disease or just a condition? may be important or not, I don't know, it sits in the mums flower pot.
Anybody of you know something about this, please?
thank you guys.
Luisa
PS: I can snap a picture if needed.

You should take a picture. In the mean time, as the new little plant grew from seed from the old plant, it won't necessarily look like its parent.

Hopefully you can see.
Also, i noticed a few of the flowers of the snapdragon that bloomed have fallen, but they don't look wilted, there's still pollen in it....just noticed this today, 3 or 4 flowers are fallen. Blinking Confused Crying Grumbling

Hi Luisa ! Glad to meet you.
When you stroll through the flower plants at your local garden center, take a closer look at those snapdragon plants. Each plant should be labeled with its color. Now - examine the undersides of the leaves. Notice different colors? Sometimes the under-leaf-color is an indicator of the bloom color. I notice a brilliant red or orange snap flower will have that burgandy under-leaf tone. White or yellow flowering do not. When your plant blooms - check it out !
