I have created a closed terrarium, containing 2 types of fern and a fittonia, both of the ferns are producing new growth but the fittonia is losing its colour and the tips of some of the leaves are dying. I've placed it with indirect light, the soil is damp not wet, I'm not sure what is going wrong! The pale patches in the photo are not light reflections, it is paling to white leaves. I am new to terrariums if that explains anything, this is my first.

The Fittonia leaves look very red in the photo. What is the source of the indirect light?

It used to have the same colouration as this:

It's on an east facing window sill, so it gets indirect light through most of the day.
