I've had Rolling Like a River since 2008. It was a very slow starter but once it got going it multiplied quickly for me. I think it was about 3 to 4 years ago that I transplanted it. I love green throats on any DL and this one is particularly a beauty. It is really green on the years that we get a lot of rain. I'd have to list this one in my top ten favorites. I believe it lives up to its registered height and bloom size.
I crossed it with an unknown and have just one seedling from it (RLaR is the pod parent). I guess I messed up on my records because I have it listed as being crossed with White Eyes Pink Dragon...BUT it is a tet and RLaR is a dip...soooo I guess the bees did the pollination. There was just one seed in the pod. At least it germinated for me!!
