Can someone please tell me what this plant is?

My parents have it for years now, and it was abandoned. I noticed it today, cleaned its pot up, and I am thinking of actually have it live well.

Thank you all in advance.

Are you able to add a closer pic of the blooms? And something for scale?

I can't see the photos well enough to be sure.
Might it be Sedum palmeri?
