|hello all, recently a new whole earth store opened near me so naturally I went to buy any nice plants they had and of course I had to impulsively bought an olive tree, I have in good lighting and I think I'm watering it properly and its looking good for now I just don't want it to die due to my impulsive nature.... any tips on keeping it alive and well in NJ?

|Move to the Mediterranean? If that's out of the question, a south facing window with full sun. Don't water until the top inch of soil is dry.

|You'll want to leave it potted. So you can move it, preferably to the garage, over winter.
It will require a few small drinks over winter, so check soil periodically.
