I am a new homeowner and I have a established garden of 3000 sqft.
1000 sqft of the garden consists of Orange tree, Kiwi vine, and Loquat tree, roses, and hydrangea.
1500-2000 sqft of the garden is lawn.

What are the basic tools for a home gardener to have?
Please list them by the function**.

**Weeding (weeds like oxalis, dandilions entrenched widely in the lawn)
**Pruning (ficus, kiwi vine, orange tree, loquat tree, small bushes)
**Planting small to medium plants
**Cleaning (clearing the yard of leaves, twigs etc)

What type of established garden? Please be specific.

Ah, I see that you have edited your original post to give information about your garden which leaves my post looking rather ridiculous.

A wheel barrel or wagon,
A round shovel, a rack or two. a hoe or weeding tool. hand shovels, hose and If you got only these it would get you thru a lot of chores, and you can add other things as you discover you need them.
