All I can say is that is a citrus blossom, what kind of citrus, difficult to say without seeing fruits whole plants. Even then there are lots of hybrids and cultivars. try looking for citrus or oranges from that area..

I agree with Tofi. My first guess was orange blossoms, but it could be any of the citrus.

maybe a lime. Will not be able to tell until it sets fruit I think. I found this pic looks similar, but I would think all the citrus would have similar looking foliage/blooms (?)

If you are looking for a small white flower that is very fragrant and blooms over a longer period you may consider a jasmine vine. A fruit tree may smell pretty but the blooms only last a couple of weeks I think.
