Happy Easter and April's Fools day! Ursula your little crafty creations crack me up...those two are an adorable pair! Your Trichopilia suavis x self is gorgeous...I got one for my sister and I think it went the way of the Dodo....I've not seen one blooming in real life, someday maybe. I've got some new photos this morning. Rth. Hsinying Grand Catherine 'NN' ![]() Rlc. Little Magician with some serious thrip damage ![]() I'm still trying to find my way with this family of plants, but am happy to get a few buds on this Den. rhodostictum X Aussie Chip. This was a free plant from my orchid club annual renewal last year and it had a massive number of blooms on it. I think these flowers might be an acquired taste, I find them quite bashful. This is a new plant Ctna. Jamaica Joy X Ctna. Michael Davis it's blooming for the first time. lindsey |

Happy Easter! I lost my Trichopilia suavis. I think I need to try that one again. That Ctna. is an interesting one. Such a tall spike on that small plant. |

Oh, such lovelies here everyone. Happy Easter and I am especially pleased to be done with my volunteer duties at the sailing club and back to tending my garden and my orchids. (they got fed for the first time in weeks today) Patty gave me this cork mount with two plants on it, one on each side. The Yellow Bird is blooming and has two more spikes coming along, and in the background you can see the very tall spike from the Enc. alata on the other side of the cork. They seem to like it at my house, thankfully. ![]() Elaine "Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm." –Winston Churchill |

Nice growing, Lindsey. I knew you could bloom it. Jim "Advertising may be described as the science of arresting the human intelligence long enough to get money from it." -- Steven Leacock |

I am rushing outside to check on mine, what a lovely flower. Love the markings on it. . . . No sign of spikes yet, but there's lots of lush, healthy new growth. I have hopes. So Lindsey, how much light are you giving your Fire Wings plant? Elaine "Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm." –Winston Churchill |
