To id a tree/shrub from a single leaf is hard and may lead to inaccurate id.
Please can you add extra pics to this thread to show the whole plant, a branch to show if leaves are opposite or alternate. A pic to show the mature lobed leaves.
Any other clues...flower/fallen seed pods under the plant?

I don't think T. sabifera leaves develop lobes. They are all a single shape.

I don't see any lobes either but the post says, "The mature leaves are more characteristically lobed."
