I moved this ficus tree from indoors to my backyard and now it's leaves are infested with something and there's no new growth.

Adding 3 images of complete plant, front of the leaves and back of leaves.

What do I need to do to save it?

Thanks for your suggestions.

You have whiteflies. It doesn't look too bad yet but give it a day or so. They are hard to eradicate because the minute you start spraying, they start flying. I'm not sure of the best way to get rid of them but I would start with Insecticidal Soap. Its a contact poison but if you spray in the evening after they have settled in for the night, you may have better luck.
