|First is one of the newer Algaonema. The second is Azalea.

It seems like there are more and more Aglaonema with pink and red variegations in the foliage nowadays .... and I love the colors; wish we'd see more of them on the market!
The Rhododendron's are probably used as short-term mall decor.

|I don't usually swoon over azaleas since every yard has at least a dozen here but one has bicolor blooms similar to the one you're asking about, and wow! It sure is pretty. Sorry, I have no idea what cultivar it might be. Now would be the time to shop, if they are also in bloom now there too.
