Seeing a lot of new leaf growth, but this is something that's recently grown out of the bottom of the plant. It doesn't look like the other growth. It's a different shade of green and the leaves are a different shape. Is it a weed, or part of the plant?

That looks like a weed that is common in containers. I don't know the name of it but I see it in pots all the time.
