I purchased approx 60 asparagus and 60 strawberry bare root plants. But we still have snow on ground here. What is the best way to store them for approx 1-1.5 months until planting season arrives. Put in fridge, leave in a box in entry way?. |

![]() Are the root wrapped? Most important, don't let the roots dry out. But, if they are too moist, rot will set in. Store them someplace cool - if they get to warm and dormancy is broken, you will have to plant immediately or risk losing them.
