Beautiful banner Fleur
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

Beautiful rose & banner. Thumbs up

Fragrant cascading clusters of 1 inch, light pink, double rosettes cover 2 foot spreading bushes from early summer until frost. This polyantha rose introduced in 1912 has fern-like foliage and good disease resistance.

I will look for one for our garden. Smiling

@Marilyn,
The original photo is in the data base under the specific name. I think I may have over edited the definition lines a bit on that photo.

@Marilyn,
Indeed it is my full original photograph of the banner. As you will notice the positioning is configured below, flipped and rotated, in order to get the best cut necessary for the banner requirements. This may be why it is difficult to align one to the other. Photography can be an art.
Thumb of 2018-04-07/Fleur569/212b10 Below is the unedited original photo. Can you see the difference?

Re: Rosa 'The Fairy'

To: @crawgarden, @carolem, @GaNinFl, @Marilyn, @plantmanager, @tx_flower_child, @EscondidoCal, @cliftoncat,

I produce banners "every which way but loose". It's easier to use the computer tools than stand on my head and photograph, and as long as they are approved, and you like them and write such nice comments, I am a happy camper. Thank you for that....and the thumbs up and generous acorns. Roses for everyone: 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
