I got this as a present, it grew a lot since i got it. I'll be putting it into a bigger pot soon but I don't know how to take care of it. Any advice will be helpful, thanks.

Unless the pot has no drain hole, I would leave it in the current pot, give it plenty of light, and allow the soil to dry between waterings.

Something in Crassulaceae family, but not Crassula genus. There are a LOT of different possibilities. Whenever it blooms, a more specific ID may be possible.
