Plant ID forum: Puzzled, any ideas?

This was bought at a nursery in Arkansas 2 springs ago while in bloom, good size, evergreen-like, soft needles. Bloomed all summer in a large container & was drought tolerant.

I can't see the flowers closely but maybe a variety of Seseli?
