I agree, it looks like a variety of Florist Kalanchoe (Kalanchoe blossfeldiana)

I can't see the blooms closely but it might possibly be one in the Calandiva Series Flaming Katy (Kalanchoe blossfeldiana Calandiva® Charming Red)
