Hi Iris

Do those lovely blooms belong to a shrub or tree? I can't see the leaf shape but those flowers remind me of Mapleleaf Viburnum (Viburnum acerifolium)

Spiraea. Reminds me of our native Spiraea, Spiraea stevenii.

D'Oh! I must be getting old, can't believe I didn't recognize Spiarea! There may be quite a few that grow in your area but one that comes to mind is Japanese Meadowsweet (Spiraea japonica) Blooms can be pink or white:
