They look like a Crassula, Senecio, and Aeonium. The Aeonium you can tell by the fine hairs on the leaf margins. And maybe that's a variegated Portulacaria afra shooting off to the side.

I'd take #1 as Crassula muscosa.

Watch Chain Plant (Crassula muscosa)

And #2 as Kleinia mandraliscae
(or Curio talinoides subsp. mandraliscae, following the Royal Horticultural Society Plants Database).
