#1 Amaryllis #2 ? possibly Orchid (Epidendrum fulgens) #3 ? maybe a variety of Solidago? One for comparison; Rough Goldenrod (Solidago rugosa 'Fireworks') #4 Purple Firespike (Thyrsacanthus callistachyus) #5 Iris, possibly a variety of Louisiana Iris? https://garden.org/plants/sear... #6 Brazilian Plume (Justicia carnea) #7 a variety of Flame of the Woods (Ixora coccinea) #8 a spent Bromeliad bloom #9 a variety of Orchid but I don't know which one ~ I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt! ~ Playing in the dirt is my therapy ... and I'm in therapy a lot! |

Number 4 looks like Mexican Fire Spike, commonly. I know it as Odontonema although i think the genus has changed. |

I think Beverly is correct, #4 looks like possibly Purple Firespike (Thyrsacanthus callistachyus) ~ I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt! ~ Playing in the dirt is my therapy ... and I'm in therapy a lot! |
