Hi! I'm new in this forum so I'm really sory if I ask something weird...

TIme ago I used to had this kind of plants, Venus Flytrap but... for certaint troubles they died. (One trip with a pretty bad "plant-sitter" and my first time having one that was growing beautiful but then the "expert" that sold it to me, told me that I must take it off the water... so, two bad experiences)

This year I tried again and my mother because my birthday, buy me another one from a pet-store.

A pretty tiny one.

But the plant started to became black and die although I put it some hours at the sunlights and also, I put the recipient with destilated water (1 cm) and all. I tried to save it, I cut the black parts, I remove a little the substratum and it was seemed that it gonna survive.

But now the last trap it's starting to became yellow and I'm really worried

Can I still save the poor plant? ='(

Thank you any answer

We need a good photo of it.

These are not houseplants. They need to be outside in full all day Sun. Acclimate them to it SLOWLY. Use rainwater, distilled water or R.O. water ONLY. They will need 3-4 months of winter dormancy between 35 and 40 degrees F.

They are easy to grow IF you care for them properly.
