Hi, i bought a couple of roses last summer that had their first cold winter. Today i was pruning them and this Ingrid Bergman rose doesnt look good to me? Do you have any diagnosis on this? lol Should i let it be or cut the strange darkish branches down to the ground? Stem cankers?

This is the rose divided in 2 pics, the grey part on the right looks dry...but green on top as you see...

P.S. After pruning this rose i pruned my other rose that looks greener. Unfortunately i didnt know i have to sanitize the cut Equipment inbetween. Will my healthier rose get this fungus now, IF thats stem cankers? Crying
