So I bought a house and found that the privious owner was kind of wild about planting anything and everything. I'm trying to clear everything out and I can't get this one plant to stop coming back.

Can someone please provide the name of this plant so I can do some research on it, thanks.

I'd bet money on it being a bamboo and I can't advise you how to get rid of it other than keep pulling it out. Other member's .will be more helpful on how to get rid of it.

Yep, another horsetail. It must be the time of year. Smiling
