Please can someone tell me what kind of bush this is. It blooms this time of year and then stays green till fall and then looses its leaves

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

My wife and I are trying to find out what kind of Bush, shrub, or tree this is.

It's green on the outside, but brown on the inside. It's starting to fall apart and want to learn how to help it Get healthier.

Thank you
