So my mom brought me this succulent that Ive completely forgot the name of but a couple leaves fell and now theyve grown into a tiny version of their mom. Im not sure what I should do to help them grow. PleaseHelp! Ive attached a photo of the plant right now the little ones are just sitting ontop of the soil.

I know it as "Burro's tail". I have no idea what the scientific name is but the plant is doing what it normally does. In a few months, the babies can be potted up individually.

Burrow Tail usually refers to Sedum morganianum and that is not it. Someone will come along with the correct ID. In the mean time, you can leave the two little ones in the pot with their Mom. There's plenty of room.
