I've been waiting for a rose I've been really anxious to get my hands on and today it's arrived! Rosa Sericea omeiensis, a native Chinese species rose with wonderful foliage, delicate four petal 2" blooms; and something even more special, it's incredible thorns!

This plant was ordered from 'forestfarm at Pacifica' and came very quickly, very well packaged, zero damage, potted, and the price of shipping was low concidering the quick shipping speeds! I'm overall very happy with the plant I received and I'm glad to have it added to my collection.

(Last two images aren't mine just wanted to show the incredible thorns this beauty gets once it's bigger on the new growth!)

That is a rose with a truly unique point of interest (no pun intended.). Good luck with it. I know I'll enjoy seeing more photos of the prickles.
