There seems to be so much conflicting info online on how to successfully get your petunias to grow from seed. Do you cover with plastic or not? Do you heat them with a plant heating blanket or not? How many seeds per container ? My containers are 3.5x3.5". Do you put them in direct light or not? Does using growing lights work best or natural light? Also, I did already plant many and in the first batch I out way too many seeds in one container. They are a solid blanket of green and 1/4 - 1/2 tall. How do I separate them? Do I need to separate them at some point? Any and all info is valuable since I planted 75 cells.
