I usually post about these kinds of things in mini forum but since there are no decorations, they are just minuscule, posting here.

"Found" while looking through my stash of mini stuff yesterday.

Upon discovering the door of my greenhouse is magnetic, I immediately hot-glued magnets on these wine cork "pots." I'd about given up on wine cork pots since it's so hard to keep them in 1 place outside. My refrigerator does not get enough sun to bother.

Heh Shrug! , i find tiny plants not as interesting. Unless they are intentionally tiny(like blossfeldia for instance). Mini plants are sometimes ground cover types that are kept at a small size via intentional tampering.
Since i dont live in a succulent friendly habitat, and even with the confines of limited growing space and storage conditions, i prefer large plants. Huge plants. Mighty plants. Large fast growing plants. Like carnegiea, dracaena draco, yucca brevifolia, cereus, tree opuntias.... either that, or ones that look noticeable for their flowers, rosettes, shape.. etc.

Purple Girl 👍👍
Love those wine cork pots.😎👍
I bet it's a little tricky drilling holes in the corks. Do you have a trick, you could share ?🤔???

It gets hot hear, like 100+ HOT ! 😮!!!
Attaching with hot glue wouldn't work hear. Poor little plants would fall to ground.😭😭😭
I'd silicone a square of Velcro on cork and wall to hang them.👍
Same thing works on the inside of kitchen cabinets to hang your spice bottles. 👍

Happy Happy 😀 to Y'all !

Thanks & LOL, Philip! I used a knife to whittle the insides out of the corks.

I have some Wolffia, which is the smallest flowering plant on earth. I can't really get a clear photograph as much as I try. In truth, I can barely see it. lol
Keep going!

Get a magninfine glass, to take picture of it Jai.

Purple Girl, 😮😮😮 !!!
A knife ! To whittle out hole in Cork ?
Oh me, Oh my ! 😮 I'd end up cutting my finger off ###😭😭😭

I'd cut 2 half circle holes in 2 pieces of wood. Circles, a size smaller than cork. A clamp to hold everything together snuggly. Then use my drill press to drill hole.

It sounds scary, but I wasn't really pushing, just twisting the knife around and around, until the inside was empty. I'm sure there are better ideas and tools for the job, but I just kind of did it absentmindedly while watching a movie.
