78 inside. Had to water. Trying to keep those annuals through the heat if I can. And of course it's windy.
On another note, when we moved in there was what looked like rose root stock my grandma used to call it. There were a few pointy canes and my husband didn't want to dig it out for me lol. He said it's probably old. So I pruned it back to a somewhat pleasing shape. I didn't even take care of it. Well I started watering it this year as it was at the end of my daffodil bed. So I threw some fertilizer on it. Now it's a monster. Tons of buds. I think it's root stock and the intentioned rose died. As there is a thick cane cut off to the ground. But now I like it. It has an interesting scent. I'll show it to y'all.
