I think these are some type of agaves? Does anyone know type/species? Thank you!

The first one is an Aloe iso of an Agave.

The second is indeed an Agave. Could be Agave parryi.

It is what it is!

First plant is an aloe, not sure which one. Flowers would be helpful there. Second plant could be Agave parryi.
