I bought some egg cases, three weeks ago. There not hatching yet. Is it to soon ? Anything special I need to do ? Any tips from someone with experience ???
Aphids and ladybugs are out.

It can take up to 2 months for them to hatch. Just keep them warm.

Unless you have a lot of insect pests to feed the mantids when they hatch, they will cannibalize themselves before you know it. There are other beneficial predators that work more effectively than mantids although none as visible and interesting to watch.

@WillC. My culprits, for my vegetable garden, that I can't control with soapy water ! Are ! Stink bugs, with the disease they spread.

They've, already hatched out. Hurray!
I'll check that site out, ownce I put my babies outside. There not playing very well, being cooped-up.
