This is not my plant. It is growing in a vegetable garden in Upstate New York. New owners of the property are trying to identify. Is it a valuable plant? or something that should be removed? The other plants in the area were onions, strawberries and some herbs. The plant has not yet put out new spring growth. These are cell phone images of 3 of the same type of plant; sorry the images won't enlarge very well. Thanks for looking! ![]() ![]() ![]() Sunset Zone 28, AHS Heat Zone 9, USDA zone 8b~"Leaf of Faith" |

Might be Eryngium. He who plants a garden plants happiness. |

My friend said that someone thinks it is horseradish. Since I have never set eyes on a horseradish plant, um...I have no clue. Could it be correct? Sunset Zone 28, AHS Heat Zone 9, USDA zone 8b~"Leaf of Faith" |
