I live in Sierra Vista Az and have a bush that the first time it flowered they were beautiful small yellow petals. Since then please see the pictures as now they appear wrinkled at best. Not sure if I am overwatering or what.

With all the new growth coming out, I believe it's finished blooming for now. It could be gearing up to bloom again. unless it only blooms ownce a year.
If ! It does bloom all year ! You could try some bloom formula fertilizer.
