Can anyone tell me what kind of plant this is? Do you think I could find it at a plant shop and grow it in a pot? Indoor vs outdoor? I'm interested in more fast growing, vine like plants. Thank you!

It reminds me of "Periwinkle", either Creeping Myrtle (Vinca minor) or Greater Periwinkle (Vinca major) I'm not sure how they would do as indoor plants.
