I believe I can spot two different plants there: the larger leaves that can be seenin the upper part of the photo belong to the Bixa orellana...
What plant/tree does the cluster of orange, tubular-shaped flowers, I can't really tell Shrug!

Likely to be just a (rather unwanted) guest of the Bixa... a parasitic plant of the Dendrophthoe family.
Beautiful, but slowly deadly fot the host tree Crying
