Hi all I received my lady of Shallot yesterday and I was sooo excited I planted it right away The rose is potted and at least 8 to 10" good leafy growth looking healthy and there was some straw like material over the root ball so I left it there and planted the root ball with the top level at the soil line Now I did know that I have to set the root ball 2 inches below and I didn't not do this because of the nice leafy growth part of which would be buried I'm in NY What should I do SHOULD I HAVE REMOVED THE MULCH AND SHOULD I HAVE PLANTED IT 2 inches below and crushed the leafy growth Please can anyone of you experienced person help me ???? |
