I agree with one and Two, but # 3 is some kind of flowering fruit tree.

#3 looks a lot like some kind of Rhododendron

#3 looks like ornamental double flowering peach, reminds me of collecting morels below them in the past, sorry can't found the tree's photos

Thumbs up Good eye Kurt! We don't have bloom photos of Ornamental Peach (Prunus persica 'Peppermint') in our database but that one sure looks like a perfect match!
