|Hi there! I was hoping someone might be able to tell me what kind of cactus this is. I would really appreciate it!!

Its either a Trichocereus or a Stenocactus. I am leaning toward Stenocactus as Trichocereus are usually very large. Whichever it is, after the species name, there will be a 'cristata'.
If it blooms, it will be obvious which genus it is.
