Thread OP

I planted 2 sweet olive shrubs in our backyard around December 2017. The one is doing just fine. The other has started to develop strange discoloration of the leaves. I initially didn't water the shrubs too ofter so have tried increasing the watering schedule once I saw the discoloration. Is this a fungus or just dehydration and dead leaves? And if so, what is the treatment for either? Thank you for your help!
