Thread OP
Lynnwood, Washington
I have been having fun growing a Wandering Jew start off of a friend's plant. After a week or two I have noticed at least a few aphids hanging out on the new growth closest to the window. Any suggestions on what to do? I just made a mixture of one part alcohol, one and a half parts water and a pinch of cayenne pepper and sprayed it on. I read that the don't fly, so hopefully there's no worry of them spreading to my other plants? Thanks for any advice!

I hope you rinsed that off! Next time, rinse them off with soapy water. If you have a big infestation, grab the insecticidal soap.
