I have inherited two plants in my garden in Christchurch Dorset that I cannot identify. One is a perennial shrub about 2 feet high (not at all bushy but just a few thin branches) which has deciduous small grey/green leaves and clusters of tiny powder blue flowers in summer.
The other is what some would call a weed - a herbaceous plant about 12 - 15 inches high (I suspect it self-seeds) and has dull red leaves and yellow flowers.

Any ideas as to their names?
