Plant ID forum: Help identifying this plant!

I need help identifying this plant! It was one of my favorites but after some bad weather it ended up dying and I couldnt get it back. Has soft thick leaves, sprouted from the end of the leaves and reminded me of a succulent. Was told it was from Africa but one 100%. Thank you! L

It looks like a Kalanchoe baby. Maybe this one, native to Madagascar: Mother of Thousands (Kalanchoe laetivirens)
