Dracaenas are sensitive to fluoride. If your water has that, collecting some rain water or getting a jug of distilled should help eliminate that concern. Have you been keeping the soil moist, or letting it get very dry? Does its' pot have a drain hole in the bottom?

The pot drains well.. I usually use distilled water .. P.H. at 7-7.3.. repotted it because I beleieve the dirt was indeed holding too much moisture. Added a different mixture of dirt to help it dry out a little quicker.. Thank you
